Maria & Elio own The Farm Restaurant and run it with true passion for locally sourced creative and Organic Food in Marbella.
After working in the hospitality business in Rome, Barcelona, Copenhagen and Dubai they decided to take on a new challenge and moved to Marbella to open their own restaurant where they could realise their dream of owning a restaurant that served local honest food. The young entrepreneurs and adventurers have worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years and their goal is to create a restaurant with market cuisine and a wine bar to delight their guests with local and fresh food.
Taking all their experience and influences from every country, they have created a delightful menu, a cozy and atmospheric restaurant with service to match.
Having worked all his life in the hospitality industry, Elio has a personal passion for good food and great wines. A true wine connoisseur at heart, Elio has personally tried and tested every wine on the extensive wine list of restaurant The Farm. Elio makes sure the wines on his list are creative, full of flavour and most of all, locally sourced.
If ever there was a hostess with the mostess, Maria would be it. She is friendly, organised and above all loves making her guests feel at home and comfortable. Apart from organising the events at The Farm, Maria also has a passion for cooking great food. Her influences can be found on the creative menu and she ensures all the ingredients used are organic and sourced from local farmers.
